1. Registration
All students must complete the official registration form before joining any class.
Registration is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit.
Seats are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Fees & Payments
A. Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure a seat.
Deposits are non-refundable once the student attends their first session.
Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of registration to keep the slot active.
B. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be cleared by Week 3 of the course.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in:
- Temporary suspension of access to classes
- Restricted access to learning materials
- Removal from the class list until payment is completed
C. Installment Plans
We offer flexible installment plans to support students needing phased payments.
All installment plans follow a strict payment schedule.
Late or missed installments may result in suspension until payments are updated.
3. Refund Policy
Deposits become non-refundable after attending any session.
Refunds for full-course payments are only allowed before classes begin.
No refunds will be issued once the student has attended at least one class or accessed learning materials.
4. Class Structure & Attendance
Classes run three times a week:
- Two weekday sessions
- One weekend session
Each session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the level.
Students are expected to attend all classes to maintain progress.
5. Class Access & Learning Materials
Learning materials are provided digitally.
Only students who have completed required payments will maintain full access.
Sharing or distributing class materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Exams & Certification
Course fees are exclusive of official exam fees (e.g., DELF, TestDaF, DELE).
Students will receive internal participation/completion certificates from our academy.
7. Conduct & Expectations
Students must be respectful during live sessions.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
Cameras are encouraged to be on for better engagement.
8. Rescheduling & Missed Classes
Instructors may reschedule classes when necessary; students will be notified in advance.
Missed classes by students are not refundable, but recordings/materials will be shared when available.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
All student information is confidential and used solely for training/administration purposes.
We do not share personal data with third parties.
10. Agreement
By registering for our language programs, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and policies.
